CHOCPAW REFUND POLICY

  • If a client cancels for any reason 30 days prior to the expedition, Chocpaw Expeditions will issue a refund, less a 20% administrative fee.

  • If a client cancels within 30 days of the expedition, Chocpaw Expeditions will issue no refund.  The full payment can be applied to a future booking.

  • In all matters of refund, Chocpaw Expeditions will consider compassionate grounds for cancellations & refunds.  These include injury, sickness, fatality to the person or immediate family.  We may request certification before issuing the refund.

  • If Chocpaw Expeditions cancels a program for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
