Many of our participants elect to stay in local accommodation the evening before their first day of expedition. All clients are required to attend an Instructional Presentation on dogsledding that begins at 8:30 AM the morning of their first day of trip. Clients travelling from a distance usually find it more convenient to stay locally. Below is a list of Inns, Motels and B&Bs that are open through the year.

Danny’s Just Pasta:on Highway #11 south of Sundridge. Specializes in pasta dishes.

The Blue Roof Restaurant: Highway #124 at Paget Street in Sundridge. Country style meals.

Wong’s Delight: 99 Ottawa Avenue east of the traffic lights, in South River.

Chinese and Canadian foods.  Does not take credit or debit cards.
