Accommodations Update — 2008
All the dog sled adventures will start and end at the Chocpaw Kennel on Peacock Road, 1 kilometer east of Highway #11, between Sundridge and South River.
The accommodations listed below are within 10 kilometers of the kennel. Large groups, up to 90 people, can be accommodated at the North Ridge Inn and Resort.
A list of local dining establishments is included on this page as well. Local church and community groups will provide suppers and catering to large groups. That information will be made available as we know details.
We will be using the conference room at the North Ridge Inn and Resort, the Chalmers United Church Hall, and the Chocpaw building for presentations.
Please make your own arrangements for accommodation and advise us where you will be staying and when you will be arriving. If you require us to do so, we can book your accommodation for you. The cost of accommodation booked through Chocpaw Expeditions will be $45 per person per night based on double occupancy.
