It is very important when contacting us by e-mail that your include your telephone number and a fax number (if you have one).
If you are using a Yahoo e-mail account, please advise us if you have another e-mail account which is not Yahoo. We can receive e-mails for Yahoo accounts but can not reply to a Yahoo account. We have fallen victim to a filter of some sort and are tries to contact Yahoo to remidy the situation. We have also encoutered similar problems with some Rodgers e-mail accounts.
