We can not guarantee the accuracy of these sources.

The weather forecast for South River is best relected by the forecast for Algonquin Park, Brent. The weather in North Bay is moderated by Lake Nipissing & does not apply to South River. Likewise the weather forecasts for South River are based on readings taken at the North Bay Airport & are therefore inaccurate for South River. South River is in a snow belt & snowfall , accumulation, & temperatures differ greatly from North Bay or Huntsville. We will have snow here in South River & on our trail system when there is no snow in North Bay or Huntsville. When weather forecasts say rain in North Bay or Huntsville we have snow falling. Snowmobile trails south of us & north of us may be closed due to inadequate trail conditions, but along our trail system we will have good snow conditions. When checking the internet for weather predictions please check the Algonquin Park, Brent forecast.

As well forecasts for this area on radio or television are based on weather readings at the North Bay Airport & are inaccurate for South River & our trail system.
